A DAO is a Decentralized Autonomous Organization. This means that this is a type of entity or company that is based on blockchain technology. That is, the rules and operation of this organization are defined through smart contracts – and in general, it is governed through a governance token. Anyone holding these tokens can vote on important DAO-related matters.
Khiza DAO is a venture studio. This means that it is an organization that aims to develop other companies. This process ranges from market analysis to the development and delivery of the finished product already in operation. It is also important to say that Khiza’s projects are focused on innovation and technology – always having blockchain technology and web3 as bases.
No, Khiza does not act as a VC. But we work with co-created projects, which are developed or perfected together with partners.
For a web3 project to be co-created by Khiza, it needs to go through a series of analyzes – both of the product itself and the market. This is so that we can identify, in the first place, its viability. With the partnership established, we analyze possible points of improvement, always following the Khiza method of work. Daily, with the project already in operation, this partnership can take place in several different ways – it can be operationally or even intellectually, through mentoring or counseling.
